By accessing and using the services provided by EatanSemio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

EatanSemio provides public speaking and communication training services, including:

• In-person and online public speaking courses
• Individual coaching sessions

3. Course Registration and Enrollment

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our courses. Minors may participate with proper parental consent and supervision.

3.2 Registration Process

Course registration requires completing our enrollment form and payment of applicable fees. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment and availability confirmation.

3.3 Course Availability

Course schedules and availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees

All course fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified during registration.

4.3 Late Payment

Failure to make timely payments may result in course access suspension or cancellation of enrollment.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Student Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are provided after the course begins.

5.2 Company Cancellations

If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available course.

5.3 Makeup Sessions

Makeup sessions may be available for missed classes, subject to instructor availability and course schedule.

6. Student Conduct and Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

• Arrive punctually for all sessions
• Participate respectfully and constructively
• Complete assigned exercises and homework
• Maintain confidentiality regarding other students' personal information
• Follow facility rules and guidelines

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Course Materials

All course materials, including but not limited to handouts, presentations, videos, and methodologies, are proprietary to EatanSemio and protected by copyright law.

7.2 Recording and Photography

Recording or photographing course sessions is prohibited without explicit written permission. We may record sessions for educational purposes with participant consent.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy. Course discussions and personal sharing remain confidential among participants.

9. Limitation of Liability

EatanSemio's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course participation.

10. Professional Results Disclaimer

While our courses provide valuable skills and techniques, we cannot guarantee specific career outcomes or professional advancement. Individual results may vary based on effort, practice, and application of learned concepts.

11. Health and Safety

Students participate in courses at their own risk. Please inform us of any medical conditions that may affect participation. We maintain appropriate safety measures and emergency procedures.

12. Technology and Online Services

For online courses, students are responsible for having appropriate technology and internet connectivity. Technical issues may occasionally occur, and we will provide reasonable assistance and alternatives.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a student's enrollment for violations of these Terms, disruptive behavior, or non-payment of fees.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or Queensland courts.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
